Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
